80 Box Jumps 20/24
400m Farmer Walk 24kg/16kg
40 Step Ups 24kg/16kg
300' Lunges with Weight Overhead 45/25
400m Run with Plate 45/25
CrossFit is highly Contagious: May cause fatigue, nausea, Vomiting and an increased risk of fitness!!!! Sounds like a good sickness to me. Sign me up!
