WOD will be at the new box on Wednesday! It's Game time! "Hoover Ball"

(teen WOD)
Warm Up:
3 Rounds:
10 Pull ups
10 Push Ups
10 Jump Squats

Skill Work:
Timed Double Unders - 10 minute DU's
Really push to complete the double unders. Pick a number that you think you can do in a row. Perform that many double unders then rest for 10 breaths or so. Continue to do this throughout the 10 minutes focusing on breathing and speed. This practice will help you increase your double under capacity.

WOD:
