10 Squats
Strength:
Push Press 65 75 85(AMRAP at 85%)
WOD:
"The Barbell Bear"
On the minute, every minute for 20 minutes perform:
5 Deadlifts
5 Hang Power Cleans
5 Thrusters
Rest until the top of the minute
Stretch!
